1. Dog Friendly: 3 of our apartments are a dog-friendly space, so you can bring your beloved pets with you. There is an extra fee for a deeper clean.
   
   
2. WiFi: Stay connected and stream your favourite content or work from home with ease. Our apartments come with reliable WiFi, ensuring you stay connected without any interruptions.
   
   
3. Washing Machine: Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, so you can conveniently do your laundry if required (please note washing machine consumables are not supplied).

6. Car Parking: Parking is a breeze with our dedicated parking spaces. Your vehicle will be safe and sound. This service is a small extra charge added to your stay. Alternatively there is parking on the road, please be aware at busy times you spend a few minutes to find a space. 
   
   
7. Telecom Entrance: Safety and security are paramount. Our building is equipped with a telecom entrance system, giving you control over who enters the premises for your peace of mind.
   
   
8. 10 Minutes to the Beach: Embrace coastal living! Our apartments are conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to the beach.

12. **EV Points**: For eco-conscious residents, we offer EV (Electric Vehicle) charging points. You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle right on the premises. Cost is charged direct to the guest.
